Marketing Automation
The Challenge: A B2B education company was finding a challenge filling registrations for their local monthly trainings. Hitting the right market at the right time with the right offer was difficult.
The Solution: I designed an 11-step automated marketing workflow that captured potential leads, nurtured them over a short period of time, and then pitched the training. Within the first month, 29 out of 250 enrolled contacts ended up purchasing a training. For this solution, I integrated Bedrock Data (now called Formstack), Salesforce, and HubSpot.
COVID REsponse Plans
The Challenge: In response to the coronavirus crisis, families weren’t sure where to turn for answers around safety and regulations. Child Care Aware of America had answers, but needed a quick and engaging plan of action.
The Solution: I pulled together information from our subject matter experts and created a series of blogs-turned-videos to share on social media. These introduced relevant information in a friendly, shareable format. I also recorded interviews with parents, childcare providers, and advocates to spread the word. The results? Thousands of views during the first few months of the pandemic.
